Any students out there looking for a little extra change, Google is running the Summer of Code. Basically, submit an Open Source idea you would like to work on, and if approved, Google will pay out $500 for you to start it and $4,000 at the end of the summer when you complete it.

You know, this is a very cool thing from Google, and I am actually considering taking the ASF speed up Jasper one, considering (I am currently technically a "student", Lanier Technical College - I know impressive eh ;)).
