Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

Mission to Mars opened this weekend, so I opted to breeze in on Sat and take in a show.
First off, I think I enjoyed this film far more than most of the other partons in my theatre. All in all, it is a pretty dry film -- hell, that what you get when you attempt to make a film based on a realistic NASA mission.
This movie really wants to be 2063, but its not. The plot is dry, the action is not anything that evokes excitement, and the emotionalism bits fall pretty flat.
I do have to hand it to the film, the geek-cred is pretty high. There was only one thing pulled of with the technology scenes that I thought was unrealistic.
Total Score: 2.4/5.2 penguin heads. Wait for the video, but do rent it.
