Napster has had some serious struggles since the RIAA battles. They did get funding, launched a "secure" pay service (which company survive or not, will not work, IMHO) and seemed headed in a new direction. Now the board and the CEO are at odds and the CEO has quit. Napster employees have been given a choice of leave now for 1 week severance or take a week off and hope something happens (gets bought, etc.)
