Zend now has available (in varying stages of development)
several commercial PHP tools that look fairly promising.
These items include the ZendIDE (an IDE for PHP!) Zend Cache,
Zend Encoder and more. Of course the part that sucks is that
these are NOT open source free apps, they are commercial.
However, if you (or your company) do enough professional PHP they could definitely warrant
the expense.
