Screaming Penguin - Source Does Matter

SETI at home is having serious problems, and even more alarming than that is the lack of any response from the organizers. Many users are upset and much computer time is being frivolously wasted. SETI has apparently been sending out the same data packets to all users since about 24 May. Not only that but many processed packets also appear to have been lost. This is extremely ridiculous. SETI claims it cant handle the 500,000 users. Well, dont go for all the publicity on TV, magazines and the web, and or TELL PEOPLE AND CUTOFF THE SIGNUPS. This is not rocket science, if you can only handle x participants, ONLY ALLOW x PARTICIPANTS.The data units, the stats, the teams, all of that is screwed up badly. I have personally sent several emails to the SETI organizers (one left over a month ago, maybe it has to be swept and received first?) I have gotten no response.Is anybody out there.
